Ghana

Ghana is an English-speaking country with a welcoming Accra, the Cape Coast shoreline and a growing community of returning diaspora. Local markets are cheap, while rent in the better Accra districts and imported goods are expensive and often priced in dollars. The southern rains run from April to July with a short second season in autumn, the north is dry, and the harmattan brings dust in winter. Infrastructure is middling: power interruptions happen, healthcare is limited, and capital traffic eats hours.
