Rent in the capital is the budget problem, offset by high technology salaries, while groceries and transport stay moderate. The climate is mild and wet all year: almost no snow, no real heat, and the Atlantic wind is always present. Expect a housing shortage, long queues in public healthcare and steep prices on anything imported.
