Kosovo
The youngest population in Europe by average age: Pristina is growing, English is common among younger people, and prices stay very low. Rent, food and services cost less than almost anywhere in the Balkans, and everything is priced in euros. The climate is continental: hot summers, snowy winters and a short ski season in the Šar mountains. The difficulties are a narrow labour market, limited air connections and international services and payment systems that do not all work here.
