Marshall Islands

The Marshall Islands are atolls and lagoons, among them Bikini and Majuro, where almost all urban life is concentrated. Everything is priced in dollars, food and fuel are expensive, and the range of goods depends on what the ships bring. It is hot and humid all year, wetter from May to November, and the low atolls are sensitive to storm tides. English is widely used, work is mostly public sector and fishing, and healthcare is basic with evacuation to Hawaii.
