Uganda

Uganda is green and high: Lake Victoria, mountain gorillas and Kampala with a growing service sector. Food and transport are cheap, rent in the better districts of the capital costs considerably more, and imports are expensive. The climate is even thanks to altitude, and the rains fall in two seasons, spring and autumn. English is official, but healthcare and roads are weak, power is unstable, and malaria calls for constant prevention.
