Consent to personal data processing

What exactly you allow us to process and how to withdraw consent

1. What you are accepting

You hereby consent to the processing of your personal data by ReloGuide LLC, the company operating the ReloGuide service (the "Operator", the "Service"), on the terms set out below and in the Privacy Policy.

Consent is given freely, of your own will and in your own interest, and is specific, informed and conscious. You confirm it by creating an Account and by continuing to use the Service.

This consent is given together with the Terms of Use and is a standalone document.

2. Who processes the data

The controller of personal data is ReloGuide LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Enquiries about data processing are sent to abuse@reloguide.app.

Processing is carried out both by the Operator and, on its instructions, by infrastructure providers (hosting, object storage and content delivery, backup, email and notification delivery, call servers, error monitoring) — to the extent needed to provide those services and under a duty of confidentiality.

3. What data is processed

  • Identifiers and sign-in data: phone number, email address, Telegram identifier and public Telegram data, one-time codes, sign-in records.
  • Profile data: name and handle, avatar and cover, description, links, country and city, languages, age or date of birth, and any other details you provide voluntarily.
  • User Content: posts, comments, reviews and ratings, places, events, listings, collections, check-ins, photographs and files together with their metadata.
  • Messages: the content of conversations in the Service messenger, attachments, information about participants, timing and delivery status; technical data about calls without recording their content.
  • Dating data (only if you use the section voluntarily): profile, search preferences, likes, passes and matches. You understand that such information may reveal data about your private life and consent to its processing separately and knowingly.
  • Location data: country and city from the IP address, the city you select, coordinates of objects you add; precise device geolocation only with your explicit permission.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device, browser and operating system details, language and time zone, session and device identifiers, notification tokens, request and error logs, views, transitions and in-service search queries.
  • Clip viewing data: clips shown to you and clips you opened, watch time and completions, early skips, the marks “not interested” and “fewer clips from this author”, and the interest profile built from them, which shapes the personal feed.
  • Enquiry data: the content of complaints, support requests and correspondence with the Operator.

4. Purposes of processing

  • registration, sign-in, identification and operation of the Account;
  • providing the functions of the Service: publishing and displaying content, feed, map, search, recommendations, messenger, calls, events, dating, listings, collections;
  • building the personal clip feed from your views, completions and explicit marks;
  • sending service (transactional) notifications: confirmation codes, replies to enquiries, Account security alerts and notices about changes to the documents;
  • security: prevention of fraud, spam, manipulation, unauthorised access and other abuse;
  • content moderation and enforcement of the rules of the Service;
  • error diagnostics, stability, anonymised analytics and development of the Service;
  • handling complaints, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator and third parties, resolving disputes;
  • compliance with applicable law.

Advertising and marketing mailings are not covered by this consent — they are governed by the separate Consent to marketing messages.

5. What is done with the data

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the categories of recipients listed in section 2, anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — by automated and non-automated means.

You also agree to automated processing for content ranking, recommendations, dating matching and detection of violations, including automatic restrictions and blocks.

6. Public nature of part of the data

You understand and agree that data you publish yourself — public profile, posts, comments, reviews, places, events, listings, public collections, check-ins — becomes available to an unlimited number of people, including unregistered visitors and search engines, and may be copied and indexed by third parties outside the Operator's control.

7. Cross-border transfer

You consent to the transfer and processing of your data outside your country of location, including on servers in the European Union and with infrastructure providers in other countries, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Consent is effective from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

After deletion of the Account, data is erased or anonymised, except for information whose retention is required by law, needed to protect the Service from repeat violations or to resolve disputes; backups are refreshed within 90 days.

You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your Account in the settings of the Service or by writing to abuse@reloguide.app.

Withdrawal makes use of the Service impossible and results in deletion of the Account, because processing of the listed data is necessary for the Service to function. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it and does not stop processing carried out on other legal bases (compliance with the law, protection of the Operator's rights, resolution of disputes).

10. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing and a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. The procedure is set out in the "Your rights" section of the Privacy Policy.

11. Your representations

By giving this consent you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • the data you provide is accurate and relates to you;
  • where you publish data and images of other people, you have obtained their consent and bear responsibility for that yourself;
  • you understand the public nature of the content you post.

12. Language of the document

The document is published in Russian, English and Thai. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
