1. General provisions
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between ReloGuide LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America (the "Operator", "we", "us"), and any person using the Service in any form (the "User", "you").
The ReloGuide service (the "Service") includes the website at reloguide.app and all its subdomains, the Telegram Mini App, the Telegram bot, mobile applications (if any), and all related APIs, tools, interfaces and materials.
By using the Service in any way — opening pages, creating an account, publishing or reading content, calling the API — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms without reservation. If any provision does not suit you, stop using the Service.
The Terms include the rules of use, the moderation procedure, the complaints procedure and the disclaimer of liability. They apply together with the Privacy Policy, the Consent to personal data processing and, if you choose to give it, the Consent to marketing messages.
2. Definitions
- "Content" — any material available through the Service: text, images, video, audio, links, metadata, databases, software code, design.
- "User Content" — Content that a User publishes, uploads, transmits or otherwise places in the Service, including the profile, posts, comments, reviews, ratings, places, events, listings, collections, dating profiles and messages.
- "Partner" — a person (organisation or entrepreneur) placing information about its goods or services in the Service.
- "Account" — a User's account in the Service, linked to sign-in identifiers (phone, email, Telegram) and to User Content.
- "Transaction" — any relationship between Users, or between a User and a Partner, arising from an introduction made through the Service.
3. Status of the Operator and corporate details
The Service is operated by ReloGuide LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
The address for legally significant correspondence and the email address for enquiries are set out in the "Notices and contacts" section.
The Service is at the launch and development stage. As of this version of the Terms, the Service operates without charging any User or Partner and does not accept payments in any form.
4. Age restriction
The Service is intended solely for persons aged 18 (eighteen) or older.
By registering, signing in or otherwise using the Service, you confirm, represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, use of the Service is prohibited, regardless of any consent by parents or legal guardians.
If the Operator becomes aware that an Account belongs to a person under 18, that Account is blocked and deleted immediately, and the related personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. Free use of the Service
All functions of the Service for end Users are provided free of charge. The Operator does not introduce paid subscriptions, premium features, pay-walls or artificial usage limits for Users.
The Operator may in the future introduce paid features for commercial placement (listing promotion, venue owner tools, advertising). Such features will be governed by a separate document with transparent terms, will take effect only after the explicit consent of the relevant User, and will not affect non-commercial use of the Service.
The Operator does not pay Users any remuneration for creating User Content, attracting other Users, participating in ratings or obtaining statuses. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between the Operator and the User.
6. Registration and Account
Certain functions require an Account. Registration is completed by linking an identifier (phone, email or Telegram) with verification of ownership.
You undertake to:
- provide accurate information on registration and keep it up to date;
- not to share access to the Account with third parties;
- take reasonable measures to protect your credentials from compromise;
- notify the Operator without delay of any unauthorised access to the Account.
You are fully responsible for all actions performed through your Account until you notify the Operator that you have lost control of it.
The Operator may refuse registration, limit the number of Accounts held by one person and require additional verification where abuse is suspected.
7. User Content
User Content remains the property of the User or of the rights holder who allowed the User to publish it.
By placing User Content in the Service, you grant the Operator a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable licence to use that content for the following purposes:
- storage, indexing, caching and backup;
- displaying User Content to other Users within the functionality of the Service;
- format conversion and adaptation (thumbnails, transcoding, compression, cropping);
- automatic machine translation into the other languages of the Service and display of the translated version to other Users;
- use in informational and marketing materials of the Service, preserving attribution to the public profile;
- providing access in response to lawful requests from competent authorities.
Uploaded video is transcoded and the source file is not kept. A video you upload is automatically converted into the single playback format of the Service: resolution and file size are brought down to the parameters of the Service, and technical metadata of the recording, including capture coordinates, is stripped. The source file you uploaded is not stored — only the transcoded version remains in the Service, so the Operator cannot return the original to you in its initial quality. Keep your own copy of the recording if you need it.
The licence is granted for the term of the exclusive rights, except where the content is removed from the Service at your initiative or by decision of the Operator. As regards backups and logs, the licence survives for a reasonable period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days after removal, for data recovery and incident investigation.
You represent and warrant that:
- you hold all rights necessary to publish the User Content;
- the User Content does not violate the law of any applicable jurisdiction;
- the User Content does not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy and image rights;
- the User Content contains no knowingly false or misleading information;
- where you publish photographs or data of other people, you have obtained their consent.
Machine translation may distort meaning. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy of translations and is not liable for consequences of relying on a translated version.
8. A non-political service. Ban on politics and religion
ReloGuide is a strictly non-political platform. The Service exists to solve the practical, everyday problems of moving to and living in another country, and is not a venue for socio-political debate.
The following are entirely prohibited in any form — in posts, comments, reviews, listings, titles, descriptions, profiles, dating profiles, messages, images, nicknames and any other User Content:
- political statements, assessments, campaigning, slogans, appeals, fundraising for political purposes;
- discussion of the actions of states, governments, politicians, parties, elections, international organisations and their decisions;
- discussion of armed conflicts, mobilisation, sanctions, territorial questions and any politically charged events;
- political symbols and flags used in a political context, including derivative and disguised variants;
- religious preaching and proselytising, disputes about faith, comparison or criticism of religious teachings, atheist propaganda, invitations to religious organisations;
- incitement of hostility on grounds of nationality, citizenship, language, origin, religion, race, sex, age, orientation or disability;
- attempts to circumvent this ban through hints, euphemisms, allegory, altered spelling, emoji, images or links to external material of the same nature.
What is allowed. Dry practical information without assessments: visa requirements and how to obtain them, taxes and reporting, rules of stay, cost of living, safety of a neighbourhood, the everyday mechanics of dealing with institutions (which documents are needed, where the office is, how long the queue is), religious sites as landmarks and public holidays as calendar facts. The rule is simple: "a visa requires document X" is allowed; "the authorities act this way because…" is prohibited.
Sanctions apply immediately and without warning: the content is removed, the Account is blocked with no right of restoration, and re-registration is prohibited. There is no appeal, discussion or review of the decision.
The Operator is not obliged to explain why particular material was classified as political or religious, to debate the fairness of that assessment, or to disclose its detection methods.
The Operator takes no public position on political or religious matters, does not comment on them and does not respond to related enquiries. The presence or absence of any country, city, language or other data in the directories and rankings of the Service is determined by product and technical criteria, is unrelated to politics and does not constitute a statement, assessment or position of the Operator.
Factual reference data (visa regimes, taxes, cost of living, safety and infrastructure scores) is published as dry reference material, without political comment or evaluation.
9. Rules of use. Prohibited content and conduct
In addition to the prohibitions in section 8, you must not:
Dangerous and unlawful:
- violate the law of your country of stay, of your counterpart's country of stay, or of any other applicable jurisdiction;
- call for violence, make threats, promote terrorism or extremism, publish instructions for causing harm;
- promote suicide, self-harm, eating disorders or drug use;
- offer weapons, narcotic, psychotropic or prescription substances, forged documents, wildlife, or stolen property;
- offer assistance with forging documents, sham marriages or employment, or circumventing immigration, customs or tax requirements;
- publish any material involving the exploitation or sexualisation of minors — such Accounts are blocked immediately and permanently, and the material is passed to the competent authorities;
- publish pornography or sexually explicit content, or offer or seek paid intimate services, escort or "sponsorship" arrangements.
Against other people:
- insult, bully, harass or threaten;
- publish personal data, documents, photographs or correspondence of other people without their consent;
- impersonate another person or organisation, or use another person's identifiers or documents;
- send unsolicited sexual messages or intimate images without the recipient's consent;
- infringe intellectual property rights, defamation law or data protection law.
Deception and commercial abuse:
- commit fraud or mislead Users about goods, services, prices or characteristics;
- distribute pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, multi-level marketing or crypto scams;
- send spam, bulk messages, intrusive advertising outside the sections intended for listings, or phishing messages;
- inflate votes, views, reviews, ratings, reputation or check-ins, create multiple Accounts to bypass limits, or buy and sell Accounts;
- publish paid-for reviews, reviews of your own business or of competitors.
Technical abuse:
- collect Service data by automated means (scraping, crawling, parsing) or use Service Content to train machine learning models without the Operator's written permission;
- attempt unauthorised access, circumvent protective measures, exploit vulnerabilities or reverse engineer the Service;
- upload malware, viruses or exploits;
- create excessive load, or use the Service for mining, availability attacks or other off-purpose workloads;
- use the API beyond the limits agreed with the Operator.
User video (clips). Only footage you filmed yourself may be published. It is prohibited to upload someone else's recordings in whole or in part, including excerpts from films, series, broadcasts and advertising materials or captures of other people's publications, and to add third-party music or other sound recordings to a clip: the only sound of a clip is the one recorded together with the picture. The Service has no music or sound library.
When you film other people, obtain their consent and do not publish footage that exposes other people's personal data or private life; a person filmed without consent may request removal of the clip under section 17. Publishing someone else's recording infringes third-party rights and leads to removal of the clip and measures against the Account, up to blocking.
This list is not exhaustive. The Operator may determine on its own whether particular conduct breaches the Terms, guided by good faith and the purpose of the Service.
Quality requirements. Publish material in the appropriate section, city and category; do not duplicate the same material across sections; present personal experience as personal experience rather than guaranteed fact; state real prices, addresses and deadlines and update them when they change; in reviews, describe your own experience.
10. Listings, transactions and interaction between Users
The Service provides tools for publishing listings and contacting other Users. The Operator is not a party to Transactions, does not act as seller, buyer, intermediary, agent, commission agent or payment agent, does not verify goods and services, does not participate in settlements and does not guarantee performance by the parties.
Users enter into all Transactions independently, at their own risk and responsibility, including verification of the counterparty, the goods, the documents, the quality and the legality of the subject matter.
The Operator does not compensate losses arising from Transactions, including fraud, non-performance, lost prepayments, poor-quality services and harm to property, life or health.
11. Dating
The dating section is for persons over 18 only and for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The following are prohibited in the dating section: commercial offers of any kind, escort and intimate services, requests for financial support, romance scams, and passing screenshots of conversations, photographs or personal data of other Users to third parties.
The Operator does not verify the identity, age, marital status, intentions, health or criminal record of Users. A match does not imply any verification, recommendation or endorsement by the Operator.
Offline meetings are arranged at your own risk. We recommend meeting in public places, telling someone close to you about the meeting, and never handing over money, documents or access credentials. The Operator is not liable for any consequences of personal communication and meetings, including harm to life, health, property or reputation.
12. Messages and chats
The Service messenger is intended for communication on topics related to the Service. The Operator does not review correspondence wholesale, but may process messages by automated means for security, anti-spam and anti-fraud purposes, and may review the content of a specific conversation when handling a complaint or when required by law.
Correspondence is not a secure end-to-end encrypted channel. Do not send passwords, banking details, scans of documents or other sensitive data through the Service.
Deleting a message hides it in the interface; technical copies may remain in backups and logs for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
13. Reviews, ratings, statuses and reputation
Reviews, ratings and scores reflect the subjective opinions of Users. The Operator does not verify their factual accuracy and is not responsible for their content.
Ratings, ranking positions, reputation and statuses (including verification marks and registries of trusted specialists) are calculated by the algorithms of the Service and are not for sale and cannot be purchased. The Operator may at any time change the ranking algorithms, recalculate metrics, and withdraw a status or verification mark without explanation.
A verification mark confirms only that formal checks were completed and is not a guarantee of quality, good faith, qualification or legality of a person's activity.
A negative review is removed only where it breaches the rules of the Service or the law, not because someone disagrees with it.
14. Commercial placement and advertising
Placement is commercial where it aims to attract clients, regardless of whether the User is registered as an organisation or entrepreneur.
A User placing commercial material undertakes to: state accurate information about goods, services, prices and conditions; provide real contact details; not create the impression that the offer originates from or is endorsed by the Operator; and independently comply with the legal requirements applicable to its activity, including registration, licences, taxes, the right to work in the country of stay, advertising rules and consumer protection.
Hidden advertising is prohibited: commercial material disguised as personal experience, reviews or "community advice" is removed. The Operator may label material as advertising and limit its visibility.
A place card may be created by any User as reference information about a publicly accessible venue; its existence does not mean the venue owner participates in the Service. The Operator may require proof of connection to the venue before transferring management of the card, refuse the transfer, withdraw it and delete the card without explanation. Managing a card does not confer the right to delete reviews, ratings or other people's content.
Contacts and messages received through the Service may be used only to respond to the specific enquiry; building mailing lists from them and passing them to third parties is prohibited.
The Operator does not guarantee any volume of impressions, clicks, enquiries, clients or revenue, nor the preservation of materials, statuses or ranking positions, and is not liable for lost profit resulting from moderation, algorithm changes or unavailability of the Service.
15. Moderation, sanctions and absence of appeal
The Operator may, at its discretion and without prior notice:
- hide, limit the visibility of, downrank, edit the metadata of, or delete any User Content;
- restrict access to individual functions of the Service;
- suspend, block and delete any Account;
- refuse service to a particular person.
Measures are proportionate: from hiding material to immediate blocking without warning — for breaches of section 8 and for dangerous, unlawful and fraudulent content.
The Operator applies both manual and automated moderation, including automatic restrictions and blocks based on algorithmic output.
The Operator is not obliged to justify moderation decisions, disclose detection methods, provide an appeal procedure, or restore removed content or Accounts. A blocking decision is final.
The Operator has no obligation to pre-screen, approve or answer for User Content. The Service operates as a platform, not as a publisher: the Operator does not endorse, approve or share the opinions expressed in User Content.
16. The Operator as an intermediary
All content in the Service, except material expressly marked as the Operator's, is posted by Users themselves. The Operator provides only the technical means of posting, storing and transmitting information and acts as an information intermediary (hosting provider), not as the author, publisher, editor, distributor, seller, advertiser or guarantor of that content.
The Operator:
- does not initiate the posting of User Content and does not select its recipient;
- does not modify the substance of User Content, apart from technical processing (formats, thumbnails, machine translation) and moderation measures;
- does not pre-screen or exhaustively review posted material;
- has no duty of general monitoring or active search for infringements;
- does not know, and has no duty to know, of the unlawfulness of particular material before receiving a substantiated notice.
All claims regarding User Content are addressed to its author. The User who posted the content is responsible for it, including its accuracy, legality and respect for third-party rights.
17. Infringement notices and complaints
If material posted in the Service infringes your rights or the law, tell us — we will review the notice and, where there are grounds, restrict access to the material or remove it. Address for notices: abuse@reloguide.app.
For spam, insults, fraud, adult content, politics and religion it is faster to use the report button next to the material or in the profile: such reports enter the moderation queue automatically. A written notice is needed where rights are infringed (copyright and related rights, trademarks, image rights, personal data, honour and reputation) or where a demand has legal consequences.
A notice must contain:
- the claimant's details — surname, first name (or name of the organisation) and contact details, including email;
- which right is infringed and what evidences your right or your authority as a representative;
- direct links (URLs) to the specific material — generic references such as "the whole profile" are not sufficient;
- a brief description of the infringement;
- a statement that the information is accurate and the notice is submitted in good faith;
- consent to processing of personal data to the extent needed to handle the notice.
Notices are reviewed within a reasonable period, as a rule within 10 business days; for manifestly unlawful content, measures are taken immediately. As a result the Operator may restrict access to the material, remove it, request further information, restrict functions or block the Account of the person who posted it, or reject the notice where the infringement is not established. The text of the notice and the claimant's contact details may be passed to the person who posted the material, except where this creates a risk to the claimant's safety.
The Operator is not an arbiter of disputes about rights and facts: it does not determine who owns a right or who is correct in a conflict. Taking measures in response to a notice is not an admission of fault by the Operator and creates no duty to monitor content thereafter.
Infringement notices about clips. User video has a dedicated complaint reason — “infringes my rights”: state the link to the original recording in your complaint. Such complaints go into a separate review queue, and the clip is hidden from display until the review is completed. A rights holder may also send a notice by email to abuse@reloguide.app — the required details and timelines are the same. The same procedure applies to a request from a person filmed in a clip without their consent.
Repeat infringers. A User with three confirmed infringement notices concerning their clips loses the ability to publish video in the Service. Systematic infringement leads to blocking of the Account with no right of restoration.
A User whose material has been restricted may submit a counter-notice to the same address; the Operator is not obliged to restore the material. Accounts that systematically infringe third-party rights are blocked with no right of restoration.
Knowingly false and mass complaints aimed at harming another User are themselves a breach; the claimant is liable for losses caused by an inaccurate notice.
Requests from competent authorities are fulfilled to the extent provided by applicable law, where properly formalised and supported by proof of authority.
18. Information in the Service. No representations
You use the Service at your own risk. Everything posted in the Service is reference information and the personal experience of other people, not professional advice and not a guarantee.
Material in the Service does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, insurance, medical, psychological or other professional advice. No adviser–client, doctor–patient or lawyer–client relationship arises between you and the Operator.
- Content is created by Users. The Operator neither verifies nor endorses posts, reviews, ratings, place cards, events, listings, prices and advice.
- Reference data (visas, taxes, cost of living, infrastructure and safety scores) is compiled from open sources and community data, presented as dry reference material, and may be incomplete, outdated or erroneous. Verify it at the primary source.
- Visas and documents. Information about visas, permits, extensions and taxes does not replace contacting a consulate, the immigration service or a licensed specialist. The Operator is not liable for visa refusals, deportation, fines, entry bans or tax consequences.
- Calculators, checklists, plans and routes provide approximate estimates based on averaged data and the parameters you enter; they are not a budget or a financial plan.
- Places, reviews and ratings may be inaccurate and biased; a high rating or verification mark is not a guarantee of quality or legality.
- Specialists and services. The Operator does not check licences, documents or authority; verify the counterparty yourself and do not send prepayments to strangers.
- Maps and coordinates are provided for reference, may contain errors and are not intended for navigation where inaccuracy creates risk.
- Medicine. Information about clinics, doctors, medicines and treatment is not medical advice; for health problems consult a doctor or emergency services.
- Translations. Machine translation may distort meaning, including material details of prices and conditions; where in doubt, consult the original.
19. Intellectual property of the Operator
All rights to the Service — including software code, design, trademarks, logos, brand elements, the structure and contents of databases, directories, methodologies and algorithms — belong to the Operator and are protected by intellectual property law.
Using Service materials outside the intended functionality — copying, systematic extraction, aggregation, republication, creation of derivative databases, use for training machine learning models — is prohibited without the Operator's written permission.
20. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, including warranties of:
- fitness of the Service for the User's particular purposes;
- conformity of the Service with the User's expectations;
- accuracy, completeness, reliability and timeliness of any information available through the Service;
- absence of errors, failures and interruptions;
- security of the Service against unauthorised access;
- compatibility with any devices, operating systems and software;
- preservation of User data in the event of technical failures;
- absence of malicious code in the Service;
- continuous availability of the Service and preservation of its current feature set.
The Operator may at any time modify, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, including individual features, sections and countries of presence, without notice and without compensation.
21. Limitation of liability
THE USER USES THE SERVICE AT THEIR OWN RISK.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, together with related persons, participants, officers, employees and contractors, shall not be liable to the User or third parties for:
- any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages;
- loss or damage to data, reputation, business opportunities, profit or anticipated savings;
- harm to life, health, property or personal relationships;
- consequences of decisions taken by the User on the basis of information from the Service;
- acts or omissions of Partners, other Users, public authorities or other third parties;
- the content of User Content, including inaccurate, offensive or unlawful material;
- interruptions of the Service, technical failures, loss of access to the Account and loss of User Content;
- data leaks not caused by the Operator's fault;
- refusal of registration, blocking of an Account, removal of content and other moderation measures;
- force majeure;
- any other losses directly or indirectly connected with use of the Service.
Where applicable law does not permit a full exclusion of liability, the Operator's aggregate liability to the User on all grounds and for the entire period of use of the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to the Operator in the 12 months preceding the event, and where no such payments were made — to the equivalent of 100 (one hundred) US dollars.
22. Partners and third parties
The Service contains information about Partners and provides tools to contact them. Partner services are provided solely by the Partners themselves. The Operator is not a party to contracts between a User and a Partner and is not responsible for the quality, timing, safety or outcome of such services.
The Service uses third-party infrastructure and services (hosting, content delivery, maps, messengers, analytics, notification delivery). Interruptions in their operation are not a breach of the Terms by the Operator.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites and services. The Operator does not control such resources and is not responsible for their content and policies.
23. Indemnification
At the Operator's request, the User shall indemnify the Operator and related persons against any losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees), fines and compensation incurred in connection with:
- the User's breach of these Terms and other documents of the Service;
- the User's infringement of third-party rights through User Content or actions in the Service;
- the User's breach of applicable law when using the Service;
- third-party claims arising from the User's Transactions and commercial activity in the Service.
24. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consent to personal data processing that you give on registration.
You may delete your Account at any time in the settings of the Service. After deletion, personal data is erased or anonymised, except where retention is required by applicable law. Public User Content may be retained in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of related discussions.
25. Termination
You may terminate the Terms by deleting your Account and ceasing to use the Service.
The Operator may terminate the Terms with respect to a particular User, restrict access and block the Account without explanation and without prior notice.
The provisions on the licence to User Content in respect of copies already made, the disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination.
26. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may amend the Terms and other documents of the Service unilaterally. The current version is always available in the Legal documents section with the date of the last update.
Material changes are communicated through the interface of the Service or by notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your Account.
27. Governing law
These Terms and the relationships connected with use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the mandatory rules of your country of permanent residence provide otherwise.
Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of permanent residence, where applicable, apply to the extent they cannot be limited by contract.
28. Dispute resolution
The parties undertake to resolve disputes in good faith through negotiation. A written request is sent through the support section of the Service or to the address stated in "Notices and contacts"; a response is provided within a reasonable period not exceeding 60 (sixty) calendar days.
If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, it is to be heard by the court at the location of the Operator, unless mandatory rules of applicable law provide otherwise.
The parties waive participation in class (collective) actions against each other to the maximum extent permitted by law.
29. Force majeure
The Operator is not liable for failure or improper performance of the Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, epidemics, accidents, acts of public authorities, changes in legislation, failures of infrastructure services (hosting, communications, payment systems), cyber-attacks and blocking by third parties.
30. Severability
If any provision of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is to be construed as closely as possible to the original intention of the parties.
31. Language of the Terms
The Terms are published in Russian, English and Thai. All versions have equal meaning; in the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
32. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the documents listed in section 1, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior arrangements, oral or written.
The Operator's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
33. Notices and contacts
Legally significant notices are sent to the User through the interface of the Service, to the email linked to the Account, or through the Telegram bot of the Service.
Communications to the Operator — content complaints, infringement notices, questions about the Terms and about data processing, and requests from competent authorities — are sent to abuse@reloguide.app and through the "Help" section in the settings of the Service.
A communication is deemed received upon delivery to that address. A response is provided within a reasonable period in accordance with section 28.
